9. Criminal Damage To Your Garden
Everyone likes to have their white fence always neat and steady. Sometimes it gets damaged or even totally ruined by vandals. Or your neighbor is not a very good driver and he knocked down your fence accidentally. Your home insurance may not cover the totality of repair costs, but typically you can get $500 to $1000 for repairs. As I said, it may not be enough to cover an entire fence or to level and reseed or lawn, but it’s better than nothing.
