4. Be careful where you leave your cell phone
Another thing you have to consider is that the insurance you get may not cover lost or stolen phones. And people struggle with this more than you might think. Especially when they travel abroad. Apple, for example, has specific insurance just for cases like this. Paying a small amount of dollars when you purchase can save you lots of money if you get stolen or lost anywhere. If this happens, all you have to do is go to the police, report that situation and then present police notification papers on the Apple store. But don’t think that you can do this to have 2 iPhones, because Apple can shut down your cell phone permanently and remotely. The same goes for other brands. Everytime you buy a phone you can pay more for a smartphone warranty upgrade and insurance. Just make sure that there’s a policy regarding stolen/lost situations.
