2. You tend to cancel it all the time
You know what companies like more than new customers? People that stay with them for a long period of time. Every time you sign an insurance contract with a company and leave them as soon as your contract ends, you’ll enter their “black list”. And sometimes you didn’t even realize you canceled it, you just didn’t open the letter they sent with the renewal payment. This is bad because you might end up driving without a valid auto insurance, thinking everything is ok. One piece of advice, if you tend to forget payments, set up automatic payments.
